Since both your existing pipes on the 2015 Chevy Duramax and the tip have a diameter of 4" the tip will not slide over your existing exhaust. Which isn't a problem, all you have to do is get the tip lined up, hold it in place and lay down a couple beads. Then, you can remove whatever is holding it in place and finish up welding. If there's a specific look you are going for you may need to trim back your existing exhaust enough to position your tip how you want.

The Bully Round Exhaust Tip part # PM-5104 has a resonated body which will provide a slightly more "crackly" sounding exhaust for your 2011 Infiniti G37 but will not exactly make it any noticeably louder. As long as your exhaust piping is between 1-3/4" to 2-1/2" in diameter then the above exhaust tip will work well for you.

We usually recommend an exhaust tip if you want to make sure there are no unintended consequences while carrying the plywood. The aftermarket exhaust tips should not interfere with you being able to install this Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11317. What would cause problems would be if the aftermarket exhaust had mufflers that were larger in diameter than the stock mufflers.
The # C11317 does require some minor drilling for installation, but with a decent drill and drill bit you should not have a problem installing this hitch.

From pictures I have seen on the 2012 Toyota RAV4 Sport models, it looks to me that you should not have to necessarily remove the exhaust tip to install the Curt trailer hitch, # C13149. However, it would probably make installation easier and would prevent it from potentially being scratched.

I have linked the instructions for Curt trailer hitch # C13102 for your 2008 Mercedes GL450. The first 2 steps involve lowering the exhaust. It is actually easy. You just have to remove the metal muffler hangers from the rubber hangers (4 total). On some models you would also have to remove the exhaust tips to lower the exhaust. We have not yet had the opportunity to install the Curt trailer hitch # 11103 on a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8, so we do not have any pictures. However, in the instructions which I have linked for you, there is a diagram that shows the position of the hitch. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13416 can be installed on your 2022 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XLE without having to lower the exhaust. It will be easier to lift it into place with a 2nd set of hands to get around one of the exhaust tips and then the second.
